Andrea Burns, DMD
Dr. Andrea Burns completed her dental education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where she was one of two students in her class to be awarded the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship. Upon graduation, she chose to further develop her skills in dentistry by completing an advanced practice residency at Allegheny General Hospital. Her time there was well spent as she learned valuable skills such as treating complex dental trauma and managing medically compromised patients.
Dr. Burns frequently donates her time and professional skills by volunteering her dental service here in the United States and abroad. She emphasizes comprehensive dental care and believes that every patient should be treated with empathy and compassion. Dr. Burns is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and their two daughters.
Jessica Zugai, DMD
Dr. Zugai is a proud native of the Pittsburgh area and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2012. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Zugai has earned the Qualified Dentist Designation from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).
In addition to being a highly skilled family dentist, Dr. Zugai offers CPAP alternative treatments, such as oral appliance therapy, for patients diagnosed with sleep apnea. She is also one of the area’s only certified Healthy Start providers, offering an orthodontic alternative to braces for young children. She also holds professional memberships with The American Academy of Oral and Systemic Health and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. In her time away from the office, Dr. Zugai enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Jonathan Caso, DMD
Dr. Jonathan Caso completed his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2009. After graduation, he went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, in Georgia, in 2010. He also graduated from a two-year comprehensive dental residency program in North Carolina in 2019.
Throughout his career in dentistry, Dr. Caso has had the opportunity to provide dental care to patients in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Egypt, and Kuwait. He places a strong emphasis on education. He loves seeing patients of all ages and alleviating dental anxiety. Dr. Caso is happy to be back in Pittsburgh with his wife and son.
